1. In the Home page, it is recommended that you check the learning objectives before clicking the Start button. The learning objectives give you a brief and clear description what you can learn from this short online orientation.
   
   
2. In the Welcome page, the video clip may take 5-20 seconds to show up. The video can be played by using Quick time. This software is preinstalled. You usually do not need to install on by yourself to your computer again. However, if you want to install this media player in your local computer, please go to the company website (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/win.html) to download a free version.
   
   
3. Once the video shows up, you can click the little triangle button on the panel to play the video. You can also adjust the volume to your comfortable level. The forward and backward button do not work well, however, you can use your mouse to drag the indicator along the scale to move back and forth.
   
   
4. Don’t forget the text transcript link above the video window, next to the Welcome title on the top left corner of this page.
   
   
5. The Learning Procedure session has five pages of content. Use the buttons at the bottom to go back and forth. On page 5, there are some useful links to other resources at UGA. You may want to check each of them to have a look.
   
   
6. The Intro to WebCT session has three demonstration modules. Remember to click the Next button at the bottom right corner to start the module and close the window when it is finished. Should you have any further questions on using WebCT, click the F.A.Q. to learn more.
   
   
7. The Quiz Yourself session has eight multiple choice questions within four pages, to test how much you have learned from this orientation program. Click the green button before the options, a small response window will pop up for you to check your answer. Please remember to close the window each time after you read it, otherwise they will stay open and it may slow down your computer. You can also use the buttons at the bottom of the pages to go back and forth for navigation.
   
   
8. It is suggested that you go from the Home, Welcome, to the Quiz on your first time going through this orientation program. Feel free click to enter into any session you want to learn more or review them afterward.
